1. The Service
SkoolPro provides a platform that helps schools manage attendance, fees, results, homework, announcements, bus tracking, notifications and related administration through apps for teachers, parents, principals and administrators. We may add, change or remove features to improve the Service.
2. Accounts and eligibility
To use most features you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your login credentials confidential, and to be responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised use. Accounts are intended for schools and the adults who act on their behalf.
3. School responsibilities
If you use SkoolPro as a school, you are responsible for the information you enter and the people you authorise. In particular, you agree that you:
- have the right and any necessary consents (including from parents or guardians) to enter and process student and parent information in SkoolPro;
- will keep records accurate and up to date and manage the roles and permissions of your staff;
- will use the Service in line with applicable laws and your own privacy obligations to your community.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purpose;
- attempt to access another school's data or any part of the system you are not authorised to use;
- probe, scan, disrupt or interfere with the security or integrity of the Service;
- upload malware, or copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Service except as permitted by law;
- infringe the intellectual-property or privacy rights of others.
5. Fees, free trial and billing
SkoolPro is offered at a flat rate of Rs. 8,000 per school, per month, which includes unlimited students and teachers, white-label branding, free updates and WhatsApp support, with no setup fee. Eligible schools may start with a free trial before any charges apply.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing, and access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. We will give reasonable notice of any change to pricing.
6. Your data, white-label and ownership
As between you and SkoolPro, your school owns the data it enters into the Service ("School Data"). You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process School Data so we can provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
SkoolPro supports white-label branding, so the parent-facing app can carry your school's name and logo. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any branding you upload. On termination, you may export your School Data for a reasonable period before it is deleted in the ordinary course.
7. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and the SkoolPro name and logo, is owned by SkoolPro and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription, subject to these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
8. Availability and support
We work hard to keep SkoolPro reliable and available, and we provide support (including over WhatsApp) to help your team. However, the Service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You are responsible for how you configure and use the Service and for verifying important records.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkoolPro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold SkoolPro harmless from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your School Data, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the platform. We will give reasonable notice where practical.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan will have jurisdiction over any dispute, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
